Boey Maun Suang 321c4fa5f3 Pick off some low-hanging fruit to start updating the DocBook documentation: 
* Replace instances of "Darwinports" with "MacPorts", "dport" with "mport",
   "CVS" with "Subversion" and "cvs" with "svn";
 * Update some of the old email address and links;
 * Make one update about MacPorts no longer supporting OSes other than Mac OS
   10.3 and above.

Will Barton 96329ac501 Add a general "Info" section to the Project part of the Guide which includes the mailing lists for DarwinPorts and some information about PortMgr (which I thought I had already added, but apparently hadn't). 
Also updated the XInclude namespace in the Guide.
