GOB b03f5bbf80 Adds CharacterToKeyIndexRoundtrip tests for all units 
- Verifies toKeyIndex and character_to_mode_bits consistency for all characters
- Checks normal (a-z), shift (A-Z), sym, and Fn mode bits
- Validates Fn character roundtrip for CardKB and FacesQWERTY
