The moving stable alias currently delivers 55.03.311, whose arduino-core 3.3.11 makes the ESP32 classic environment overflow IRAM0 by about 1.4 kB at link time, so a fresh checkout no longer builds for Core2/Tough. Pin the platform to 55.03.37, the release the project is verified against.
