Subject: [PATCH] Update FAQs to note BOSS is no longer maintained

Previously it said it was maintained for Oblivion, but that's not really
true (mhahn has been updating a copy of the Oblivion masterlist on AFK
Mods, but the repository that BOSS pulls updates from by default isn't
receiving updates).
