Oliver Hamlet 4aff5a25dd Don't install settings file 
The installer only installs a settings file so that it can set LOOT's
language to that chosen for the installer. However, as of
6307a3c194 LOOT can load partial settings
files, so the installer just needs to write out the language string to a
new settings file if one is not already present. This then means the
repository's settings.yaml can be removed.

Closes #527.

Oliver Hamlet fee132ac95 Remove external Vulcanize config file 
Call Vulcanize as a Node module rather than an executable, allowing
excludes to be passed in the function call rather than in a config file.

Oliver Hamlet 918b63527f Don't create folder for LOOT in Start menu 
Microsoft's guidelines say to not add an uninstall shortcut to the Start
menu, and only create a folder there if multiple shortcuts are added.

Oliver Hamlet 56a7170d1c Started to refactor JS Plugin class 
Start with making plugin.js into a module, and re-implementing Plugin
using the class-based ES6 syntax, as it's a lot cleaner. Dispatch
events from setters instead of using Object.observe when changing
values that prompt external changes.

Vulcanize's whitespace stripper doesn't like the ES6 syntax though, so
disable that.

Also start implementing some tests using Mocha and should.js.

Finish refactoring JS Plugin code

Libespm v2.5.0 significantly improves performance, libloadorder is
updated to use it, and Travis was using an older version of libgit2 than
I was.

Oliver Hamlet 03757de83f Update libloadorder and libespm 
Libespm is now at v2.4.0, and libloadorder is at the latest master,
so that it can be built using the same version of libespm.

Oliver Hamlet d874fbb52c Fix building LOOT as a native Linux application. 
Not all Windows-specific code has equivalent Linux code, file path to
URL conversion is hacky, and only that LOOT launches correctly with no
game detected has been tested.

Oliver Hamlet ca4b31dd0b Rewrote archive script in Node.js. 
It requires the fs-extra module, but that's considerably less to install
than Python.

Oliver Hamlet 2526267666 Add vulcanize Node script. 
And call it from the archive packaging script and as a post-build step
when building the LOOT executable. Also copy across the font files as a
post-build step.
