Oliver Hamlet 4948dd0a7c Rewrite metadata syntax documentation 
Rewrite it as reStructuredText so that it can be hosted alongside the
API documentation on Read The Docs, which allows linking to WIP syntax
documentation.

Frederik “Freso” S. Olesen d061755e21 Remove references to LOOT's wiki. 
We merged the LOOT wiki into the LOOT web site some time ago. We still
have a few references to the wiki lying around though. This is an effort
to get rid of those.

Oliver Hamlet 60cdb1c428 Adopt a modified version of the Google C++ style 
This commit doesn't make the code completely conformant, but sorts
out things like:

* Indendation (now 2 spaces)
* else statement formatting
* #define guard names
* Order of includes
* Removes usage of `using namespace std;`
* Order of class member declarations
* Naming conventions for classes, member functions, member
  variables
* Privacy of non-const class member variables

Oliver Hamlet bee7e788a2 Move API header into include directory. 
It's a more standard location. Also add a note in the API docs about
masterlist versioning.

Oliver Hamlet ca4b31dd0b Rewrote archive script in Node.js. 
It requires the fs-extra module, but that's considerably less to install
than Python.

Oliver Hamlet f466bc79c0 Move scripts into scripts/ folder. 
Also updated the Travis config to use Google Test's new GitHub download

Oliver Hamlet d9dd2f2357 Rewrite installer using Inno Setup instead of NSIS. 
For #467.

Korean and Simplified Chinese expect the unofficial translation
files to be dropped into the folder that holds the rest of the
translation files. If the files are missing, their translations
will not be included when the installer is built.

The translated strings were done in Google Translate and checked
in Bing Translate. They should at least be legible, if not great
quality.

The README now refers to Inno Setup, and the CONTRIBUTING file
has been generally updated both for the switch to Inno and the
recent code refactoring.
