Subject: [PATCH] Use PayPal.Me for PayPal donations

It provides a much nicer interface for donating, and (more importantly)
the fees can be much lower.

It does require the donator to have a PayPal account, and the service is
available in fewer countries than the existing payment page, but these
are unlikely to be significant barriers.
