Subject: [PATCH] Removed slide effect from sidebar tab switching.

It's pretty, but it's pretty slow too. Removing it eliminates all
noticeable lag for me. I'll keep using the <core-animated-pages> element
though, in case performance improves in the future, and then I can just
drop it in again. For #330.
