Igor Opaniuk fa60a80e42 doc: move specialised README sections into docs/
The README had grown into one long page where the basic flashing
workflow was buried between VIP, multi-programmer, ramdump, kickstart,
WSL2 and raw sector guides. Keep only the generic material in the
README and move each specialised workflow into its own file under
docs/, linked from a new "Documentation" index. The moved text is
unchanged apart from heading levels and two cross-references.

Collect crash dump

When a Qualcomm target crashes or is forced into crash dump mode, the bootloader re-enumerates the device over USB with Product ID 900e and offers memory segments for collection via the Sahara protocol.

A kernel crash can be triggered on the target with:

echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger

Use qdl ramdump on the host to collect the dump:

qdl ramdump -o ./ramdump

Each offered memory segment is written to a separate file under ./ramdump. To collect only specific segments, pass a comma-separated filter:

qdl ramdump -o ./ramdump OCIMEM,CODERAM
