Igor Opaniuk 6aaa17edaf doc: add CLAUDE.md symlink to AGENTS.md 
Claude Code looks for its project instructions in CLAUDE.md and
ignores AGENTS.md.

Add a CLAUDE.md symlink pointing to AGENTS.md so Claude Code reads
the same instructions without duplicating the content.
