Marc Schink fe13f61539 tcl/boards: Rename 'ek-tm4c123gxl.cfg' to 'ti_ek-tm4c123gxl.cfg' ...

The new filename has a proper vendor prefix. Keep the old
configuration file for now but show a "deprecated" warning
at runtime.
