Antonio Borneo 427552c078 steppenprobe: fix file permission ...

Commit 895d4a5995 ("tcl/interface/ftdi: Add Steppenprobe open
hardware interface") erroneously set the execution permission to
the configuration file.

Strip the execution permission.
