Marc Schink f55b122b42 jtag/drivers/kitprog: Restructure commands ...

Use a command group 'kitprog' with subcommands instead of individual
commands with 'kitprog_' prefix.

The old command is still available to ensure backwards compatibility,
but is marked as deprecated.
