Antonio Borneo 3ccf68cd0a OpenOCD: drop comparison with true/false 
Fix checkpatch errors:

	ERROR:BOOL_COMPARISON: Using comparison to true/false is
	error prone

While there,
- drop useless parenthesis,
- drop unnecessary else after a return.
