Rémi PRUD'HOMME 0187ced9ed stm32: add L0xx CPUTAPID ...

Add CPUTAPID for stm32 L0xx mcu devices. Using -expected-id to
add the new id with the id for L1xx devices. This for reduce the
duplicated code.
