Dmitry Baryshkov b73bf03c05 android-tools-adbd-cmdline: adbd systemd unit fixup ...

Add special fixup for android-tools-adbd systemd unit file. In addition
to the /var/usb-debugging-enabled it will start adbd if `adbd` boot
argument was provided.
