Before XO refclk is distributed to PCIe/USB/eDP PHYs, it passes through
a QREF block. QREF is powered by dedicated LDO rails, and the clkref_en
register controls whether refclk is gated through to the PHY side.
These clkref controls are different from typical GCC branch clocks:
- only a single enable bit is present, without branch-style config bits
- regulators must be voted before enable and unvoted after disable
Model this as a dedicated clk_ref clock type with custom clk_ops instead
of reusing struct clk_branch semantics.
Also provide a common registration/probe API so the same clkref model
can be reused regardless of where clkref_en registers are placed, e.g.
TCSR on glymur and TLMM on SM8750.

Add support for PLLDSI and its post-dividers in the RZ/V2H CPG driver and
export helper APIs for use by the DSI driver.
Introduce per-PLL-DSI state in the CPG private structure and provide a
set of helper functions that find valid PLL parameter combinations for
a requested frequency. The new helpers are rzv2h_get_pll_pars(),
rzv2h_get_pll_div_pars(), rzv2h_get_pll_divs_pars() and
rzv2h_get_pll_dtable_pars() and they are exported in the "RZV2H_CPG"
namespace for use by other consumers (notably the DSI driver). These
helpers perform iterative searches over PLL parameters (M, K, P, S)
and optional post-dividers and return the best match (or an exact
match when possible).
Move PLL/CLK related limits and parameter types into the shared
include (include/linux/clk/renesas.h) by adding struct rzv2h_pll_limits,
struct rzv2h_pll_pars and struct rzv2h_pll_div_pars plus the
RZV2H_CPG_PLL_DSI_LIMITS() helper macro to define DSI PLL limits.
This change centralises the PLLDSI algorithms so the CPG and DSI
drivers compute PLL parameters consistently and allows the DSI driver
to accurately request rates and program its PLL.

The round_rate() clk ops is deprecated, so migrate this driver from
round_rate() to determine_rate(). Part of these changes were done
using the Coccinelle semantic patch on the cover letter of this
series, and the rest of the changes were manually done.
omap4_dpll_regm4xen_round_rate() is now only called by
omap4_dpll_regm4xen_determine_rate(), so let's merge that functionality
into one function. This is needed for another cleanup to completely
remove the round_rate() clk ops from the clk core.

Because of legacy reasons, the TI clksel composite clocks can have
overlapping reg properties, and use a custom ti,bit-shift property.
For the clksel clocks we can start using of the standard reg property
instead of the custom ti,bit-shift property.
To do this, let's add a ti_clk_get_legacy_bit_shift() helper, and make
ti_clk_get_reg_addr() populate the clock bit offset.
This makes it possible to update the devicetree files to use the reg
property one clock at a time.

"This is the final part of the clk patches for this merge window.
The clk rate range series needed another week to fully bake. Maxime
fixed the bug that broke clk notifiers and prevented this from being
included in the first pull request. He also added a unit test on top
to make sure it doesn't break so easily again. The majority of the
series fixes up how the clk_set_rate_*() APIs work, particularly
around when the rate constraints are dropped and how they move around
when reparenting clks. Overall it's a much needed improvement to the
clk rate range APIs that used to be pretty broken if you looked
sideways.
Beyond the core changes there are a few driver fixes for a compilation
issue or improper data causing clks to fail to register or have the
wrong parents. These are good to get in before the first -rc so that
the system actually boots on the affected devices"

The clock register definitions are now used (almost) exclusively in the
clk driver, and that relies on no other mach/*.h header files any more.
Remove the dependency on mach/pxa*-regs.h by addressing the registers
as offsets from a void __iomem * pointer, which is either passed from
a board file, or (for the moment) ioremapped at boot time from a hardcoded
address in case of DT (this should be moved into the DT of course).

The RTC power domain in sun6i and newer SoCs manages the 16 MHz RC
oscillator (called "IOSC" or "osc16M") and the optional 32 kHz crystal
oscillator (called "LOSC" or "osc32k"). Starting with the H6, this power
domain also handles the 24 MHz DCXO (called variously "HOSC", "dcxo24M",
or "osc24M") as well. The H6 also adds a calibration circuit for IOSC.
Later SoCs introduce further variations on the design:
- H616 adds an additional mux for the 32 kHz fanout source.
- R329 adds an additional mux for the RTC timekeeping clock, a clock
for the SPI bus between power domains inside the RTC, and removes the
IOSC calibration functionality.
Take advantage of the CCU framework to handle this increased complexity.
This driver is intended to be a drop-in replacement for the existing RTC
clock provider. So some runtime adjustment of the clock parents is
needed, both to handle hardware differences, and to support the old
binding which omitted some of the input clocks.

Like the individual CCU drivers, it can be beneficial for memory
consumption of cross-platform configurations to only load the CCU core
on the relevant platform. For example, a generic arm64 kernel sees the
following improvement when building the CCU core and drivers as modules:
before:
text data bss dec hex filename
13882360 5251670 360800 19494830 12977ae vmlinux
after:
text data bss dec hex filename
13734787 5086442 360800 19182029 124b1cd vmlinux
So the result is a 390KB total reduction in kernel image size.
The one early clock provider (sun5i) requires the core to be built in.
Now that loading the MMC driver will trigger loading the CCU core, the
MMC timing mode functions do not need a compile-time fallback.
