Add new IIO modifiers to support power and energy measurement devices:
Power modifiers:
- IIO_MOD_ACTIVE: Real power consumed by the load
- IIO_MOD_REACTIVE: Power that oscillates between source and load
- IIO_MOD_APPARENT: Magnitude of complex power
Signal quality modifiers:
- IIO_MOD_RMS: Root Mean Square value
Additionally adds:
- IIO_CHAN_INFO_POWERFACTOR: Power factor channel info type for
representing the ratio of active power to apparent power
These modifiers enable proper representation of power measurement
devices like energy meters and power analyzers.

Add support for IIO_ALTCURRENT channel type to distinguish AC current
measurements from DC current measurements. This follows the same pattern
as IIO_VOLTAGE and IIO_ALTVOLTAGE.

Use `\t(\{ ?\},|\{\}|\{\s*/\*.*\*/\s*\},?)$` regex to find and replace
the array sentinel in all IIO drivers to the same style.
For some time, we've been trying to consistently use `{ }` (no trailing
comma, no comment, one space between braces) for array sentinels in the
IIO subsystem. Still nearly 50% of existing code uses a different style.
To save reviewers from having to request this trivial change as
frequently, let's normalize the style in all existing IIO drivers.
At least when code is copy/pasted to new drivers, the style will be
consistent.

Currently there are only two modifiers for ultraviolet light: a generic
one for any ultraviolet light (IIO_MOD_LIGHT_UV) and one for deep
ultraviolet (IIO_MOD_LIGHT_DUV), which is also referred as ultraviolet
C (UV-C) band and covers short-wave ultraviolet.
There are still no modifiers for the long-wave and medium-wave
ultraviolet bands. These two bands are the main components used to
obtain the UV index on the Earth's surface.
Add modifiers for the ultraviolet A (UV-A) and ultraviolet B (UV-B)
bands.

The iio_generic_buffer can return garbage values when the total size of
scan data is not a multiple of the largest element in the scan. This can be
demonstrated by reading a scan, consisting, for example of one 4-byte and
one 2-byte element, where the 4-byte element is first in the buffer.
The IIO generic buffer code does not take into account the last two
padding bytes that are needed to ensure that the 4-byte data for next
scan is correctly aligned.
Add the padding bytes required to align the next sample with the scan size.

The delta velocity is defined as a piece-wise integration of
acceleration data. The delta velocity represents the linear velocity
change between two consecutive measurements and it
is measured in m / s (meters per second).
In order to track the total linear velocity change during a desired
period of time, simply sum-up the delta velocity samples acquired
during that time.
IIO currently does not offer a suitable channel type for this
type of measurements hence this patch adds it.

In function size_from_channelarray(), the return value 'bytes' is defined
as int type. However, the calcution of 'bytes' in this function is designed
to use the unsigned int type. So it is necessary to change 'bytes' type to
unsigned int to avoid integer overflow.
The size_from_channelarray() is called in main() function, its return value
is directly multipled by 'buf_len' and then used as the malloc() parameter.
The 'buf_len' is completely controllable by user, thus a multiplication
overflow may occur here. This could allocate an unexpected small area.

Some accelerometers that support activity and inactivity
events also support a referenced mode, in which the
gravitational acceleration is taken as a point of
reference before comparing the acceleration to the
specified activity and inactivity magnitude.
For example, in the case of the ADXL367, for activity
detection, the formula is:
abs(acceleration - reference) > magnitude
Add a new event type that makes this behavior clear.
