On Tegra platforms, multiple SoC instances may be present with each
defining the same GPIO name. For such devices, this results in
duplicate GPIO names.
When the device has a valid NUMA node, prepend the NUMA node ID
to the GPIO name prefix. The node ID identifies each socket,
ensuring GPIO line names remain distinct across multiple sockets.

Extend the existing Tegra186 GPIO controller driver with support for the
GPIO controller found on Tegra264.
Use the "wakeup-parent" phandle from the GPIO device tree node to
ensure the GPIO driver associates with the intended PMC device.
Relying only on compatible-based lookup can select an unexpected
PMC node, so fall back to compatible-based lookup when the phandle
is not present.

On Tegra410, Compute and System GPIOs have same port names. This
results in the same GPIO names for both Compute and System GPIOs
during initialization in `tegra186_gpio_probe()`, which results in
following warnings:

The conversion of all GPIO drivers to using the .set_rv() and
.set_multiple_rv() callbacks from struct gpio_chip (which - unlike their
predecessors - return an integer and allow the controller drivers to
indicate failures to users) is now complete and the legacy ones have
been removed. Rename the new callbacks back to their original names in
one sweeping change.

The controller has several register bits describing access control
information for a given GPIO pin. When SCR_SEC_[R|W]EN is unset, it
means we have full read/write access to all the registers for given GPIO
pin. When SCR_SEC[R|W]EN is set, it means we need to further check the
accompanying SCR_SEC_G1[R|W] bit to determine read/write access to all
the registers for given GPIO pin.
This check was previously declaring that a GPIO pin was accessible
only if either of the following conditions were met:
- SCR_SEC_REN + SCR_SEC_WEN both set
or
- SCR_SEC_REN + SCR_SEC_WEN both set and
SCR_SEC_G1R + SCR_SEC_G1W both set
Update the check to properly handle cases where only one of
SCR_SEC_REN or SCR_SEC_WEN is set.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

When the PMC device is disabled, probing of the Tegra186 GPIO driver
fails because the IRQ domain that is registered by the PMC driver is
not found. The PMC IRQ domain is only used for wake-up and does not
impact GPIO functionality in general. Therefore, if the PMC device is
disabled, skip looking up the PMC IRQ domain to allow the GPIO driver
to be probed.

This change checks if we have the necessary permission to
access the GPIO. For devices that have support for virtualisation
we need to check both the TEGRA186_GPIO_VM_REG and the
TEGRA186_GPIO_SCR_REG registers. For device that do not have
virtualisation support for GPIOs we only need to check the
TEGRA186_GPIO_SCR_REG register.

The gpiolib is unique in the way it uses intermediate fwspecs
when feeding an interrupt specifier to the parent domain, as it
relies on the populate_parent_alloc_arg() callback to perform
a dynamic allocation.
This is pretty inefficient (we free the structure almost immediately),
and the only reason this isn't a stack allocation is that our
ThunderX friend uses MSIs rather than a FW-constructed structure.
Let's solve it by providing a new type composed of the union
of a struct irq_fwspec and a msi_info_t, which satisfies both
requirements. This allows us to use a stack allocation, and we
can move the handful of users to this new scheme.
Also perform some additional cleanup, such as getting rid of the
stub versions of the irq_domain_translate_*cell helpers, which
are never used when CONFIG_IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY isn't selected.
Tested on a Tegra186.

Pull hardware timestamping subsystem from Thierry Reding:
"This contains the new HTE (hardware timestamping engine) subsystem
that has been in the works for a couple of months now.
The infrastructure provided allows for drivers to register as hardware
timestamp providers, while consumers will be able to request events
that they are interested in (such as GPIOs and IRQs) to be timestamped
by the hardware providers.
Note that this currently supports only one provider, but there seems
to be enough interest in this functionality and we expect to see more
drivers added once this is merged"
