This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:
Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)
Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)
Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)
(where TYPE may also be *VAR)
The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

For single-channel isochronous contexts, the header storage size is
hard-coded to PAGE_SIZE. which is inconvenient for protocol
implementations requiring more space.
This commit refactors the code to obtain the header storage size outside
the 1394 OHCI driver.

The fw_iso_callback union was added by a commit ebe4560ed5 ("firewire:
Remove function callback casts") to remove function pointer cast.
That change affected the cdev layer of the core code, but it is more
convenient for fw_iso_context_create() to accept the union directly.
This commit renames and changes the existing function to take the union
argument, and add static inline wrapper functions as variants.

This reverts commit 767bfb9ef27ebf760290d9f8bc303828b018c312. It appears
that the call of ohci_flush_iso_completions() in the work item scheduled
by hardIRQ of 1394 OHCI for any isochronous context changes the timing to
queue events in the view of user space application.

In current implementation, test_and_set_bit_lock() is used to mediate
concurrent calls of ohci_flush_iso_completions(). However, the ad-hoc
usage of atomic operations is not preferable.
This commit uses mutex_trylock() as the similar operations. The core
function is responsible for the mediation, instead of 1394 OHCI driver.

In current implementation, the work item for isochronous context executes
the same procedure of fw_iso_context_flush_completions() internally. There
is a space to refactor the implementation.
This commit calls fw_iso_context_flush_completions() in the work item. It
obsoletes fw_iso_context_init_work(). It also obsoletes a pair of
disable_work_sync() and enable_work() since the usage of
test_and_set_bit_lock() mediates concurrent call already.

Commit 22660db892 turned fw_iso_buffer_map_vma into a one-liner.
There is no need to keep this in the core-iso.c collection of buffer
management functions; put it inline into the sole user, the character
device file driver.
