Lukas BulwahnandThomas Bogendoerfer a45e5fe792 MIPS: ath79: remove obsolete ATH79_DEV_* configs
Commit 85b9686dae ("MIPS: ath79: drop platform device registration code")
removes all files arch/mips/ath79/dev-*.[ch], adjusts the Makefile, but
misses to adjust the Kconfig file. Hence, since then, the configs
ATH79_DEV_* are really dead.

Commit 3a77e0d75e ("MIPS: ath79: drop machfiles") already removes all
configs that select ATH79_DEV_* config. So at that point, they was not a
way to enable them with a kernel build configuration.

Remove these obsolete ATH79_DEV_* configs.

Commit 81424d0ad0 ("MIPS: ath79: Use the reset controller to restart
OF machines") removed setup of _machine_restart on OF machines to use
reset handler in reset controller driver.
While removing remnants of non-OF machines in commit 3a77e0d75e
("MIPS: ath79: drop machfiles"), this was introduced again, making it
impossible to use additional restart handlers registered through device
tree. Drop setting _machine_restart altogether, and ath79_restart
function, which is no longer used after this.

 genirq: Flags mismatch irq 13. 00014c80 (mips_perf_pmu) vs. 00000080 (ehci_hcd:usb1)

This problem is happening, because currently statically assigned virtual
IRQ 13 for performance counters is not claimed during the initialization
of MIPS PMU during the bootup, so the IRQ subsystem doesn't know, that
this interrupt isn't available for further use.

So this patch fixes the issue by simply booking hardware IRQ 5 for MIPS PMU.

device registration code. All devices and their drivers are now probed
via OF.

John CrispinandPaul Burton 73d8e6aa7d MIPS: ath79: drop legacy pci code
With the target now being fully OF based, we can drop the legacy pci
platform code. The only bits that we need to keep is the fixup code
which we move to its own code file.

Felix FietkauandPaul Burton 6810ed320e MIPS: ath79: export switch MDIO reference clock
On AR934x, the MDIO reference clock can be configured to a fixed 100 MHz
clock. If that feature is not used, it defaults to the main reference
clock, like on all other SoC.
