Richard Henderson 72258b05fd tcg/mips: Remove ALIAS_PADD, ALIAS_PADDI 
These aliases existed to simplify code for O32 and N32.
Now that the 64-bit abi is the only one supported, we
can use the DADD* instructions directly.
