There is no ISA bus part in the MMIO VGA device, so rename:
* hw/display/vga-isa-mm.c -> hw/display/vga-mmio.c
* CONFIG_VGA_ISA_MM -> CONFIG_VGA_MMIO
* ISAVGAMMState -> VGAMmioState
* isa_vga_mm_init() -> vga_mmio_init()

Use memmap array to uinfy address of memory map.
That would allow us reuse address information for FDT generation.

The Inter-Thread Communication Unit (ITU, introduced in commit
34fa7e83e1) is part of the Coherent Processing System (CPS),
as describe in commit 408294352a:
Make ITU available in the system if CPU supports multithreading
and is part of CPS.
Have CPS select ITU in Kconfig to avoid the following build failure:
/usr/bin/ld: libqemu-mips64el-softmmu.fa.p/hw_mips_cps.c.o: in function `mips_cps_realize':
hw/mips/cps.c:104: undefined reference to `mips_itu_get_tag_region'

When using the Magnum ARC firmware we can see accesses to the
UART1 being rejected, because the device is not mapped:
$ qemu-system-mips64el -M magnum -d guest_errors,unimp -bios NTPROM.RAW
Invalid access at addr 0x80007004, size 1, region '(null)', reason: rejected
Invalid access at addr 0x80007001, size 1, region '(null)', reason: rejected
Invalid access at addr 0x80007002, size 1, region '(null)', reason: rejected
Invalid access at addr 0x80007003, size 1, region '(null)', reason: rejected
Invalid access at addr 0x80007004, size 1, region '(null)', reason: rejected
Since both UARTs are present (soldered on the board) regardless
of whether there are character devices connected, map them
unconditionally.
(This code pre-dated commit 12051d82f0 which made it safe to pass
NULL in as a chardev to serial devices.)

We want to trace all register accesses. First rename the current
gt64120_read / gt64120_write events with '_intreg' suffix, as they
are restricted to interrupt registers.
