RISCVIOMMUPciClass and RISCVIOMMUSysClass are defined with missed
parent class, class_init on them may corrupt their parent class
fields.
It's lucky that parent_realize and parent_phases are not initialized
or used until now, so just remove the definitions. They can be added
back when really necessary.

When the IOMMU is implemented as a PCI device, its BDF is created
locally in virt.c. However, the same BDF is also required in
virt-acpi-build.c to support ACPI. Therefore, make this information part
of the global RISCVVirtState structure so that it can be accessed
outside of virt.c as well.

Because the RNMI interrupt trap handler address is implementation defined.
We add the 'rnmi-interrupt-vector' and 'rnmi-exception-vector' as the property
of the harts. It’s very easy for users to set the address based on their
expectation. This patch also adds the functionality to handle the RNMI signals.

Add a new machine option called 'iommu-sys' that enables a
riscv-iommu-sys platform device for the 'virt' machine. The option is
default 'off'.
The device will use IRQs 36 to 39.
We will not support both riscv-iommu-sys and riscv-iommu-pci devices in
the same board in this first implementation. If a riscv-iommu-pci device
is added in the command line we will disable the riscv-iommu-sys device.

This device models the RISC-V IOMMU as a sysbus device. The same design
decisions taken in the riscv-iommu-pci device were kept, namely the
existence of 4 vectors are available for each interrupt cause.
The WSIs are emitted using the input of the s->notify() callback as a
index to an IRQ list. The IRQ list starts at 'base_irq' and goes until
base_irq + 3. This means that boards must have 4 contiguous IRQ lines
available, starting from 'base_irq'.

When riscv_load_firmware() loads an ELF, the ELF segment addresses are
used, not the passed-in firmware_load_addr. The machine models assume
the firmware entry point is what they provided for firmware_load_addr,
and use that address to generate the boot ROM, so if the ELF is linked
at any other address, the boot ROM will jump to empty memory.
Pass back the ELF entry point to use when generating the boot ROM, so
the boot ROM can jump to firmware loaded anywhere in RAM. For example,
on the virt machine, this allows using an OpenSBI fw_dynamic.elf built
with FW_TEXT_START values other than 0x80000000.
