From the source frame, we initially need to copy out all fields after
data, thus starting from nonce on. Avoid expressing this indirectly by
pointing to the end of the data field - which also raised the attention
of Coverity (out-of-bound read /wrt data).

In SPI mode, the ACMD41 argument only defines bit 30 (HCS); all other
bits are reserved. The current implementation incorrectly checks the
voltage window bits even in SPI mode, preventing the state machine
from transitioning to the READY state. As a result, the U-Boot
mmc-spi driver falls into an endless CMD55/ACMD41 loop.

Since commit b66f73a0 ("hw/sd: Add SDHC support for SD card SPI-mode"),
the CARD_POWER_UP bit in the OCR register has been set after reset.
Therefore, checking this bit against zero in sd_response_r1_make() to
determine the card’s idle state is incorrect in SPI mode. As a result,
QEMU makes the U-Boot mmc-spi driver believe the card never leaves the
reset state.

The Replay Protected Memory Block (RPMB) is available since eMMC 4.4
which has been obsoleted by 4.41. Therefore lift the provided
EXT_CSD_REV to 5 (4.41) and provide the basic logic to implement basic
support for it. This allows to set the authentication key, read the
write counter and authenticated perform data read and write requests.
Those aren't actually authenticated yet, support for that will be added
later.
The RPMB image needs to be added to backing block images after potential
boot partitions and before the user data. It's size is controlled by
the rpmb-partition-size property.
Also missing in this version (and actually not only for RPMB bits) is
persistence of registers that are supposed to survive power cycles. Most
prominent are the write counters or the authentication key. This feature
can be added later, e.g. by append a state structure to the backing
block image.

For testing eMMC-specific functionality (such as handling boot
partitions), it would be very useful to attach them to generic VMs such
as x86_64 via the sdhci-pci device:

Alignment rules apply the the individual partitions (user, boot, later
on also RPMB) and depend both on the size of the image and the type of
the device. Up to and including 2GB, the power-of-2 rule applies to the
user data area. For larger images, multiples of 512 sectors must be used
for eMMC and multiples of 512K for SD-cards. Fix the check accordingly
and also detect if the image is too small to even hold the boot
partitions.

This function provides the offset for any partition in the block image,
not only the boot partitions, therefore rename it. Align the constant
names with the numbering scheme in the standard and use constants for
both boot partitions for consistency reasons. There is also no reason to
return early if boot_part_size is zero because the existing code will
provide the right value in that case as well.

The card should be in STANDBY mode to process SEND_CSD or SEND_CID,
but is still in IDLE mode.
Unfortunately I don't have enough time to keep debugging this issue,
so disable the check for the time being and the next release, as it
blocks Linux. I'll keep looking.

ssi-sd.c contains the SPI link layer adaptation,
while sd.c contains all the SD card internal details.
We already handle the response values in sd.c, but
missed the SPI case. Complete them (fill R1, prepend
R1 in R3/R7 and always return something in SPI mode).
Remove all the duplication in ssi-sd.c.

We provide to sdbus_do_command() a pointer to a buffer to be
filled with a varying number of bytes. By not providing the
buffer size, the callee can not check the buffer is big enough.
Pass the buffer size as argument to follow good practices.
sdbus_do_command() doesn't return any error, only the size filled
in the buffer. Convert the returned type to unsigned and remove
the few unreachable lines in callers.
This allow to check for possible overflow in sd_do_command().

Note that the VMSTATE_UNUSED() size argument should be '1', not

The sdcard_legacy.h header defines function prototypes for the "legacy"
SD card API, which was used by non-qdevified SD controller models.
We've now converted the only remaining non-qdev SD controller, so
we can drop the legacy API.
Entirely unused functions:
sd_init(), sd_set_cb(), sd_enable()
Functions which now become static inside sd.c (they are the
underlying implementations of methods on SDCardClass):
sd_do_command(), sd_write_byte(), sd_read_byte()
Removal of sd_init() means that we can also remove the
me_no_qdev_me_kill_mammoth_with_rocks flag, the codepaths that were
only reachable when it was set, and the inserted_cb and readonly_cb
qemu_irq lines that went with that.

The SDCardClass has an 'enable' method, but nothing actually invokes it.
The underlying implementation is sd_enable(), which is documented
in sdcard_legacy.h as something that should not be used and was only
present for the benefit of the now-removed nseries boards. Unlike
all the other method pointers in SDCardClass, this one doesn't have
an sdbus_foo() function wrapper in hw/sd/core.c.
Remove the unused method.
