Pass error_fatal to load_image_targphys() calls in ppc machine initialization
to capture detailed error information when loading firmware, kernel,
and initrd images.
Passing error_fatal automatically reports detailed error messages and
exits immediately on failure. Eliminating redundant exit(1) calls, as
error_fatal handles termination
The behavior remains functionally identical, but error messages now
come directly from the loader function with more context about the
failure cause.

The prep-systemio device models the system control ports of the 40p
machine which is not an optional pluggable device but part of the
system so it should not be disabled by -nodefaults but always created.
Additionally remove some line breaks to make lines related to one
device appear in one block for logical separation from other devices.

This reverts commit d0b2542574.
Loading firmware from the PCI host is unusual and raven is only used
by one board so this does not simplify anything but rather complicates
it. Revert to loading firmware from board code as that is the usual
way and also because raven has nothing to do with ROM so it is not a
good place for this.

Previously, the first PCI NIC would be placed in PCI slot 3 and the rest
would be dynamically assigned. Even if the user overrode the default NIC
type and made it something other than PCNet.
Now, the first PCNet NIC (that is, anything not explicitly specified
to be anything different) will go to slot 3 even if it isn't the first
NIC specified on the command line. And anything else will be dynamically
assigned.

Lower interrupts, delete timers, and set time facility registers
back to initial state on machine reset.
This is not so important for record-replay since timebase and

Commit cef2e7148e ("hw/isa/i82378: Remove intermediate IRQ forwarder")
passes s->cpu_intr to i8259_init() in i82378_realize() directly. However, s-
>cpu_intr isn't initialized yet since that happens after the south bridge's
pci_realize_and_unref() in board code. Fix this by initializing s->cpu_intr
before realizing the south bridge.

The PowerPC 601 processor is the first generation of processors to
implement the PowerPC architecture. It was designed as a bridge
processor and also could execute most of the instructions of the
previous POWER architecture. It was found on the first Macs and IBM
RS/6000 workstations.
There is not much interest in keeping the CPU model of this
POWER-PowerPC bridge processor. We have the 603 and 604 CPU models of
the 60x family which implement the complete PowerPC instruction set.
