1f9ba967d3 libdaemon: fix type in TERMUX_PKG_REVISION 
It was bumped to upload it to repo, and that has been achieved in any
case, so lets just delete this line.

Also, no need for bumps for just building and uploading, it can be
done through github actions instead.
