3ec12fd1fa php: add notice that php-* addons should be bumped on update 
Not sure if it is needed for all php-* packages, but php-redis seem to
break on every update (see for example termux/termux-packages#8109).

8414a3aa0f php: Bump to 8.2.0 
Extensions for PHP/Apache are packaged under the name of `php-apache-*`
and are installed under the directory `$PREFIX/lib/php-apache/`.

(Extensions under `$PREFIX/lib/php/` will not work with PHP/Apache.)
