Overhaul issues so users are required to input more information. ( #228 )

* Add a link to the discord server when creating an issue
* Make issues more user friendly
* Rename the file so it works with github's issue stuff
* Change about to description and remove empty assignees tag
Github doesn't like it when that is empty, can be added back later however
* Remove <BUG_NAME> from the title to improve consistency

Update vpad Pressure senstivity to 100% ( #159 )

* Update Pressure sensitivity
Change pressure sensitive buttons to 100% as most games did not make use of sensitivity and this is needed for racing games/etc.
