Define unaligned access for all ARM. We don't support any that don't. The define didn't exist yet in GCC 4.6 (used by Symbian and Android).

This needs work, has several problems that must be fixed to run on Windows.
Ced, you'll have to fix up your xb project file a bit, sorry.
