052d0c3c35 Fix toast warning in SDL build
Related to #18951

Add toast warning for unpacked ISO directories in SDL build.

* Check if the path to a directory containing an unpacked ISO is passed as a command line argument.
* Display the toast warning "Warning: Playing unpacked games may cause issues." if an unpacked ISO directory is detected.

e01ca5b057 Logging API change (refactor) (#19324)
* Rename LogType to Log

* Explicitly use the Log:: enum when logging. Allows for autocomplete when editing.

* Mac/ARM64 buildfix

* Do the same with the hle result log macros

* Rename the log names to mixed case while at it.

bf10671a5d SDL: Make rightclicks work just like in Windows
Which is very weirdly, but easier to make it work the same than to clean
it up, that's for later.

This fixes rightclicking games on the main menu.
