zack neyland c24b451d7d Mac: Fix for TCC error with Bridge. ...

Seems Bridge/CEF or something else requires bluetooth permissions, even though we aren't using them. Not having this key in the plist causes TCC to just kill/crash out app.

Cooker:IterativeCompare Test: After cooking the forcerecook build, copy the non-package artifacts to a new directory, and export zen to that new directory, rather than exporting zen into the cooked output directory.
