- Add a few DataDrivenPlatformInfo ShaderPlatform flags for METAL_SM5.
- Attribute dual-source blending targets.
- Match the RWBuffer type for RWScreenProbeRadianceSHDirectional between the HLSL and C++ code.
- Update PF_FloatRGB buffer format to RG11B10Float.
