graham wihlidal de9653ec9f Nanite support for per-instance random and lightmap/shadowmap UV bias.
Removed WorldToLocal from GPUScene packed instance data (now derived) to save 8 bytes (after new fields).
Fixed calculation of Instance.LocalToInstance.
