Hide the PhysicsControlViewer behind a CVar p.RigidBodyWithControl.EnableControlSetViewer which is disable by default. This also renames the relevant classes to clarify that this is a viewer, not an editor, and also to avoid duplicating relevant modular feature names through the code.
