deprecate Slates EnableMenuAnimations api. This feature has been disabled and has not worked since 4.0. Turning it on by accient causes massive issues with menus.

EditorStyle.Build.cs

Changed Slate style colors to be FSlateColors and be user configurable. The way that user style data is stored is completely temporary and is for testing only
