tiago costa 5368e8267a Refactor how static ray tracing geometries are cached in FPrimitiveSceneInfo.
- don't cache array in FPrimitiveSceneProxy to then move to FPrimitiveSceneInfo.
- simply build array during FPrimitiveSceneInfo construction as required.
