OutputLog
The output log can now be summoned from a drawer in each asset editor status bar. The default sequence mirrors -game behavior where '~' will toggle between focusing the console input box, opening the drawer, and restoring focus to the previously focused UI element. This behavior can be disabled in settings to prevent the output log from opening as a drawer with '~'. Additionally a separate shortcut can be bound in order to activate the output log drawer independently of console input box focus.

Deprecating .Icon() as a slate attribute on SDockTab. By default, tab icons fall back to using the one for the tab spawner's menu item. SetTabIcon can be used in the edge cases where an icon needs to be set that doesn't match the default. Updating all found cases of .Icon() usage on SDockTab.

TargetPlatformManager retains the same API for querying texture format information, it just forwards to the TextureFormatManager instead. This is to facilitate the use of TextureCompressor from standalone executables that shouldn't depend on TargetPlatformManager.
