Richard TalbotWatkin 2830792bc7 Prevent UObject::Modify() from doing anything during GC. Fixes error message when loading a map which breaks automation testing.
#jira UE-4934 - Error message occurs when loading any map. ('None' is not a standard unreal filename or a long path name.)
