Removed usage of Procedural Layer's name as key in Landscape Procedural Layer system (ULandscapeWeightmapUsage, ALandscapeProxy's ProceduralLayersData map, ULandscapeComponent's CurrentProceduralLayer) and use Layer's Guid instead.
