Consolidate GeometryCollection storage of implicit shapes into a single ManagedArray of TSharedPtr<FImplicitObject> - non thread safe variant. Removes SharedGeometryAttribute and SharedImplicitsAttribute. This likely means that legacy geometry collections will need to be re-generated after this poin.
