- imrpoved contact point pruning
- unified heightfield and tri mesh contact generation and pruning
- Add lambda-based VisitTriangle methods to heightfield and trimesh
- remove Manifold functions from TriMesh and HeightField
- Set initial search direction for convex-to-triangle GJK
- Add debug visualiuzation of mesh contact pruning
