mark satterthwaite a355cba263 Compile out all support for Metal tessellation shaders from the MetalRHI runtime & remove all vestigial references to geometry shaders using the new pre-processor flags. This resizes all the various arrays to eliminate unused entries which were previously SF_NumFrequencies in size.
