Ryan Schmidt 9dd0e7656f ModelingTools: Add UPointSetComponent, derived from UOverylayComponent, draws fixed-size screen-aligned quads based on point position/size/color. Add Custom materials that calculate the point sizing and optional smooth falloff. ToolSetupUtil can look up these materials.
