richard wallis e965a05a23 Fix Custom depth with stencil vs Scene depth not matching on iOS. Remove Z-Bias hack - The comment "This can be done here as the mobile renderer's only use of the depth only shader is for modulated shadows." doesn't seem to be true anymore. If it's still required somewhere - maybe we need an option to add the z-bias if not iOS depth or add flag to modify the compilation unit for certain materials.
- Tested referenced bug in removed code (UE-26765) - all seems to be ok as far as I can tell.
