- Patches to HACD, hlslcc,mcpp and nvtess (licenses updated where appropriate).
- Support for Linux target platform in a bunch of TPS modules.
- Automate update of dependencies to an extent.
- Misc. changes (accomodate perforce and git flows, minor code bug when dealing with TPS etc).

Fixed Clean.bat failing to fallback to VS2012 if VS2013 is not located. Matched similar structure in GenerateProjectFiles.bat to Clean.bat.

CopyVisualizers.bat

After merging pretest with main calling CopyVisualizers.bat was made using EnableDelayedExpansion and since the variables reference had to be changed from '%' to '!'. This is the fix. Probably not found before cause in most cases visualizers were in place already.

#UE4 - Removing game references from distributed code (TTP# 330940). Deleted unnecessary batch files. Moved TestGUBPLocal.bat back to BatchFiles - it no longer contains any game references.
