allan bentham 16be864d6a Moved MaxComputeTextureImageUnits out of subclasses into FOpenGLBase.
FOpenGLBase now clamps the number of gles compute texture units to be no bigger than the total combined texture unit size.
Switched Textures and Samplerstates in FOpenGLCommonState to using TArrays.
