- Some changes to be able to edit the constraint data on the physics thread
- Add a constraint torque to keep the character upright

ManagedArray allow circular dependencies for GroupIndexDependency (default is to continue to disallow, but can now optionally allow). Set default values of index arrays to INDEX_NONE when resizing.
