Fix crash when pasting an empty string, or string with multiple empty entries using newlines separators, into bulk property editor. Crash was an index-out-of-bound because code assumed at least one entry would exist after calling ParseIntoArray

Subcategory nodes now hide themselves if no children are visible. This was most evident with eg. EditInstanceOnly metadata set for a property while editing the CDO - the property would be hidden, but the subcategory would still be visible.

The details Section API has been rewritten. Categories can now be part of multiple sections simultaneously. This solves the situation of wanting eg. Materials to be in both the General (because it's a very common property to manipulate for meshes) and the Rendering (because it affects rendering) sections.
