krzysztof narkowicz b9aff57e12 Lumen - Replaced HeightfieldMeshCardsIndices with LumenHeightfield object array. LumenHeight object contains bounds and MeshCardsIndex. This will allow us to reuse SDF light culling and speeds up culling as we don't need to recompute world space bounds in shader anymore (removed GetCardAABB). Also moved Lumen heightfield stuff to LumenHeightfields.cpp/h.
